  • Tiki Ice Bar - Cashier

    April 2013 - September 2015

    First ever experience in a family-run mobile shaved ice business. Learned basic customer service and cash handling techniques.

  • Drug Emporium - Area Stocker

    August 2017 - February 2018

    First ever retail experience using legacy-like equipment such as cash registers, phones, and inventory management systems. Mainly assisted with stocking, zoning, and locating abilities.

  • Chicken Express - Crew Member

    February 2018 - April 2018

    First ever food experience taking orders, packing them quickly, prepping food items and closing procedures. Started to hone multitasking skills as a side preparation cook.

  • Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory - Front Cashier

    June 2018 - August 2019

    Completed customer orders quickly and amicably as front cashier. Picked up shifts as needed for other positions including but not limited to, drive through, food preparation, dishwasher, and line server.

  • Bed Bath & Beyond - Stock Replenishment / OPS

    October 2019 - March 2020

    Performed stock replenishment using TC51 devices and command line interfaces while practicing ladder safety procedures. Emphasis on upselling and employee utility through the Beyond Store and cross-training. Operated mainly on “soft-side” - bedding, curtains, and bathroom accessories - of store.

  • Papa John's Pizza - Customer Service Specialist / Driver

    August 2019 - August 2021

    Maintained Drivosity Score above 90 percent with 3.4-minute career trip time variance and managed customer comments using SMG360. Cross-trained for all duties in store and provided training for incoming drivers. Promoted safe workplace environment during COVID-19 pandemic.

  • KFORCE / SHI - IT Refresh Technician

    September 2021 - September 2021

    First ever experience in IT Refreshes. Job duties included imaging and deploying using NOMAD, end-user assistance, and communicating with client. Deployed over seventy machines in less than ten days.

  • Brooksource - Epic TDR & Deployment Technician (Tier I)

    September 2021 - April 2022

    Assisted healthcare providers in neighboring cities and locations in switching to the Epic EMR. Deployed a variety of registration and productivity devices including, but not limited to, document scanners, printers, fingerprint readers, signature pads, and cameras. Worked closely with EUS and client to ensure a smooth transition and validated functionality using a TDR script.

  • Brooksource - Epic TDR & Deployment Technician (Tier II)

    June 2022 - October 2022

    Assisted healthcare providers in their switch to a brand new hospital with Epic EMR. Deployed and configured a variety of devices while working closely with management/construction to ensure a quick and convenient Go-Live. Provided training and written documentation to newer Technicians as requested. Self-managed post-Go-Live Incident Tickets using Service-Now features such as dashboards, filters, work notes, and resolutions.

  • University Medical Center - IT Asset Refresh Technician

    March 2023 - CURRENT DAY

    Provides support for endpoint devices, such as PCs and VDI clients, through Kanbanize / Service-Now / Ivanti ITSM tickets. Specializes in refresh projects for department-specific compliance and out-of-spec devices. Developed and currently maintaining an imaging script in PowerShell ISE to reduce PC imaging time. Works closely with IT Asset Management Team to ensure available stock, department availability, and successful mass-deployment projects within strict deadlines.
