Ever since I was little, I’ve been fascinated by technology. I was fortunate enough to participate in extracurriculars like Digital Design and Broadcast Media in middle school.
When high school rolled around, I joined Computer Programming I after a rough freshman year and fell in love with Java. I stayed in the curriculum for the remainder of my school years and even got to compete in the UIL Computer Science competition in 2019. Our team placed first at District and I scored third individually, qualifying for Regionals. There, I scored 30th out of 37th.
I had an absolute blast working in our team and the competition itself.
Shortly after, I graduated in the top 37% of my high school class while taking on part-time work.
Some of my experience includes stocking at retail stores, Drug Emporium and Bed Bath & Beyond. Additionally, I’ve worked in the food industry at the following establishments: Tiki Ice Bar, Chicken Express, Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory, and Papa John’s Pizza.
I am committed to accuracy, customer satisfaction, quality, and speed.
My work ethic is best described as inquisitive and zealous.
I am currently 22 years old and studying at my own pace to achieve industry-recognized certifications.
In fact, I plan to achieve one certification every month during the 2023 calendar year.
I look forward to the future and how my actions can influence it.
